Latest from the Salad Man

I haven't strictly speaking followed any diet or anything these past couple of weeks. Nonetheless, an average of one meal per day (or less) has been salad, usually with some ham and lots of Thousand Island dressing. It seems to be slowly but steadily working, as Tuesday morning, before flying off to England for a brief visit, I clocked in at 109,7 kg. Three kg till I'm back where I was in September 2011. And wither then? Persnaps 100 kg? Wheeeee!!!

A new and better life?

Well, one can always dream. Anyway, I've started a more "green" diet now, and actually lost 4-5 pounds over the weekend eating mainly salad. Not an especially healthy one either; it was liberally sprinkled (= drowned) with dressing. But as long as it tastes good and does the job, imma keep stuffin face with it.

110.9 kg this morning... dis time it's fo' realz.
