A subtle new strategy of deterrent

You may have heard the story about vice president Cheney, who managed to "accidentally" shoot his hunting mate Saturday. I don't think there was an accident at all. I think this was the first step in a White House strategy to scare the fuck out of America's enemies. Think about it - this country has a vice president who shoots his friend in the face - how nervous should you be if you're his enemy???
