Jury reform
If we needed any more proof that it's an insane system to let twelve schmucks too stupid to avoid jury duty decide life and death, the result of the Jackson case should put all doubt to rest. I've said it before, there were good reasons to have juries way back when, but in today's society it's just not a rational system.
