Going underground

No I haven't finally tilted and gone into hiding, though I wish I could at times. I'm staying in Coober Pedy, several hundred kilometers (and miles) north of Adelaide. This little mining community has several buildings underground, to provide shelter from the heat. My hotel is one of these. Feast your eyes upon it:
