The US Department of Justice has issued an opinion concluding that the Constitution's 2nd Amendment guarantees an individual right to bear arms.
I've never understood what the fuss was about. Those who want guns to be easily available already own almost all the guns in the country, while the wussies who want regulations barely have a dozen slings and some silver spoons between them. So why the need to argue at all?
