Since I was in the area, I had to show doctor Siri the Clootie Well on the Black Isle. The concept, for those who haven't read about it before, is that you dip a piece of clothing related to your illness (say a shoe for an aching foot) in the water and then leave it on a tree in the vicinity. Only utter eejits believe this will do any good.
I suggested Siri come back on her own with a chainsaw and a tank of petrol, and she was open to the idea.
