CA 89

Tuesday it was time to reunite with my old friend CA 89, the road from US395 up to Lake Tahoe. It is one of the most scenic roads in the whole country, and that's saying a lot.

In another place, there had been a severe fire and some of the trees were all burned, others untouched and yet others half of each.
